Savannah Larimore, PhDI am an interdisciplinary population health scientist studying the social determinants of racial and ethnic health disparities. I received my PhD in Sociology from the University of Washington in 2019 as well as graduate certificates in Demography and Social Statistics. I currently work at Washington University in St. Louis as a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Sociology. I am also a postdoctoral affiliate at the Center for the Study of Race, Ethnicity, and Equity at Washington University. My work has been published in Population Research and Policy Review, Social Science & Medicine, Sociology of Race and Ethnicity, and Qualitative Sociology. In addition to research, I teach courses on the social determinants of health, social statistics, race relations, and other topics in Sociology.
